To FAX or MAIL your order, please print out an Exhibit, Advertising, and Sponsorship Application form. To avoid duplication, please submit your information by one method only. If you use this online form, please do not also submit your information by mail, fax, or e-mail.

EXHIBIT BOOTH RESERVATION

  • Additional Booths: $900 each
  • One Booth with payment of full page Program ad: $900 for each booth (Program ad is additional)

Cancellation Policy: If we receive a written cancellation from you on or before December 2, 2010, there is a $100/per item cancellation charge. From December 3, 2010 to February 1, 2011, we will retain 50% of the booth price. Cancellations received after February 1, 2011 will not be refunded.

 

PROGRAM ADVERTISMENT RESERVATION

All advertisements should be prepared in color and will be printed in Full Color.

Deadline for advertising is DECEMBER 2, 2010. Advertisements must be received by this date to appear in the Conference Program. DEADLINE NOW EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 15 (dependent on space availablity)

PDF files attached to an e-mail are preferred. Send all e-mails to Robyn Jones at rjones@asian-studies.org.

Please indicate the number of pages of advertising you wish to reserve:

Full-page ad (7.25" wide x 9.5" tall): $975

Additional full pages at $925 each

Half-page horizontal ad (7.25" wide x 4.5" tall): $625

Note: Second (inside front), third (inside back) and fourth covers (back) are sold.
