Tips

  • We strongly recommend that you use NALSI for your respective needs.
  • If you decide to use your own carrier or trucking company, please keep in mind that you can always use North American Logistics Customs Services to cross the border into and out of Canada.
  • If you decide to ship with a courier such as FedEx or UPS, please keep in mind that your shipment is crossing a border and your courier will need the same customs documentation. Make sure that you advice your courier when you contact them for a pick-up that you want door-to-door service including customs clearance (courier handles transportation and customs clearance). Once your courier shipment leaves your office or warehouse, it is your responsibility to track it to ensure on-time delivery. If you track your shipment and notice there is an issue with customs, please call a NALSI Customs Services representative immediately with your tracking number. They will be able to clear your shipment and have it delivered on time for the event.

Passports are required for entering Canada, so make sure all your staff members and contracted employees get their passports immediately. Apply for your passport at www.travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html
